How DroneGuide.ie earns money through affiliate links, and why commissions never decide our recommendations.
DroneGuide.ie is free to read. We pay for it through affiliate links.
What an affiliate link is
Some links on this site, including the buttons in our product boxes, are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the retailer may pay us a small commission. The price you pay stays the same.
Programmes we belong to
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. DroneGuide.ie is a participant in the Amazon EU Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.ie.
We may also join other retailers' affiliate programmes, including manufacturers' own stores. When we do, links to those retailers are covered by this page in the same way.
What commissions do not change
Commissions never decide which products we recommend, or how we rank them. We regularly recommend products we cannot link to, such as DJI models only available from DJI's own store or authorised dealers.
We also avoid linking to listings we would not buy from ourselves, such as DJI drones sold by marketplace sellers importing from outside the EU.
The short version
You will see this note on pages that contain affiliate links:
DroneGuide.ie is reader-supported. When you buy through links on our site, we may earn an affiliate commission. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
